Our Story

A family tradition of Greek hospitality in Leros

Paradisos all day restaurant bar is more than a restaurant.

It is a family story shaped by generations, rooted in Leros, and inspired by authentic Greek hospitality.

Where It All Began

Our story begins with our grandfather, Manolis, who opened his own traditional taverna in Leros. With simplicity, passion, and respect for Greek cuisine, he created a place where people could gather, share food, and feel at home.

That first taverna became the foundation of everything that followed,a philosophy built on quality ingredients, honest cooking, and heartfelt hospitality.

The Principles of Paradisos

Years later, Stamatis and Anna continued this family tradition by creating Paradisos. With the same values at its core, Paradisos was born as a space where tradition meets atmosphere,a restaurant in Leros where guests can enjoy authentic Greek and Mediterranean flavors in a warm, welcoming setting.

They preserved the soul of the original taverna while shaping a place that reflects both the past and the present.

The Third Generation

Today, the next generation carries the story forward. Manolis and Michael, the sons of Stamatis, bring new energy and vision to Paradisos.

Manolis is responsible for welcoming guests and creating a personal, memorable experience, while Michael leads the kitchen alongside Anna, crafting dishes that honor tradition while evolving with a modern perspective.

Together, they continue the family legacy with respect, creativity, and passion.

A Modern Greek Approach

The cuisine at Paradisos remains deeply rooted in traditional Greek recipes, enriched with a modern Mediterranean approach. Fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and thoughtful presentation define every dish.

At the same time, Paradisos is evolving into a destination for food and wine lovers, with a growing focus on curated wine experiences and thoughtful pairings that elevate every meal.
